Not sure if low-res or just in that bad of shape.

Compared to the rest it was in quite decent condition.

Yeah, I thought that the estimates for this collection seemed a little low. I mean, there are some rare cars that were presumed destroyed in there.

Combination of poor light (the hall was in semi darkness), a phone and the fact that the cars were exactly as found with no cleaning done so there was dust, leaf mould and general grime everywhere. You can see how dirty the windows are, with just a small patch wiped on the left hand side so you could catch a glimpse of the interior. They had an inspection light inside each car hence the blue glow.
Here's an interior shot of another one:

I wonder if the people who bought these cars will clean them up after they get the cars home. I understand people want the dust and dirt so they seem "original" but wouldn't you want to clean them up so they look better and will last longer?

Depends on the buyer! There's a certain to trend to keeping barn finds as they were but most people would restore them - if there's anything left to realistically restore rather than re create. Some of the cars were in a terrible state, others at least visually more or less intact.

That Delahaye you have pictured above looks like it could be restored, but who knows what is underneath all that dust.
