Went to check on a few things under the truck tonight and thought I would check to see how my suspension is holding up after 15,000 miles.
Looks like my progressive rate coils are in near or total coil bind in the progressive rate, making them little more than spacers...lame.
They have sagged exactly 1 inch since install, considering the progressive rate is the first 1.5 inches I would say that I'm pretty sure I know where it went. Bummer.

That's highly annoying. Hows the paint holding up? Me slee coils lost all their paint within the first year.

How was the price compared to OME? I've been debating a 1.5-2" lift on my 100 and those are the two I always come back too. TJM doesn't get near the love the OME does though

priced comparable, I got them locally and saved on shipping so that helped. I think they have their pros and cons. OME is a known quantity, but they aren't anything special. TJM is trying harder to win customers so they are usually a little cheaper or offer features that OME doesn't. I think their quality on their shocks has been great.

That's good to know. I asked about the shocks on Mud earlier, and no one could really give me any real world experience. And it'll be a cold day before I can justify a set of Radflos.

All the people on mud: 35's, Fox/Icon/Slee shocks, dual batts all the way.....etc. C'mon guys.

In my fantasies I would have a world class rig, but the reality is its going to be used to explore trails in northern Wisconsin and to go camping (the dual batteries might actually come in handy). I will say there seems to be less pressure to turn 100s into rock crawling rigs due to the IFS, not to mention most people max out at 33" tires.

Can I say a word on dual batts? I was deep into the rabbit hole on these until one of the 80 regulars opened my eyes to a great alternative: Single large group (34M) dual cycle batter and a high voltage jump start battery. MUCH less weight, MUCH less money and, if we are honest, the only reason you want a dual battery is to not worry about a flat battery one morning, and a deep cycle and an inexpesive jump pack give you that. Just leave it plugged into a usb port full time and if the deep cycle dies on house duty, it will automatically self isolate the jump pack...just it, on your way.

Hmm, I haven't seen that option before, but it makes sense. Got a link?

Interesting. I haven't seen one that small before, just the large ones you would see with tow truck drivers.

I think its the route I'm going to go, a sears dual cycle group 34m and the best portable unit I can find.
