Edit: Hot Dang!!! $280!! adding a buy it now to an auction

(not car related, unless you count having monies to buy car stuff...)

I have had a funky glass decanter for the last 10 years, never used it, previous house owners left it. Anyway, been trying to clean up what I have laying around and I figured I would sell it. Cleaned it up, did a little research, figured out that it was a reasonably desirable item in very good condition. I figured that it would probably go for around $90, give or take, and came so close to adding a buy it now for 95. 40 minutes to go and currently sitting at $158, with 23 bids!

It's the best when that happens. When I was selling my allroad on eBay a while ago, I had my reserve at $1800 and nearly put in a $2000 buy it now. I was pretty pleased I didn't when the bidding ended at $3250.

Nice! That's a win right there. Plus the buy it now would have cost extra.
