these wheels came on my buddies RX7 when he bought it used. There is no name or any kind of marking other than a silver flame looking hot wheels-esque thing.

Looks like cheap rather generic rims to me. Couldn't be sure though.

appear to be missing the centre caps, any of the other wheels have the cap still? probably some identifiers on there

They look like Ugly's by 'Dated as Hell'. :p
