So, you're walking along a path when a car comes barreling along. Happens all the time in Russia. But now these "Douchebag Cops" are stopping cars and ordering them to back out the way they came. Refuse? We'll just plaster a massive sticker on your windshield.
Anywhere in the world, that's crazy. But in Russia, how long will it be until they stop an organized crime boss? Or try to, that is.

While publicly shaming asshat drivers is nice and well, one has to keep in mind that these people belong to the "Putin Youth". An organization which also flushes books from unwelcome critics down giant toilets (because publicly burning them has come a little out of fashion after '45) or stalk and bully people who speak out against that half naked man on the horse in public.
This looks funny on the outside but there's a very dark side to it.
