Turbocharge the Euro 1.5 engine or rework the 2.0 to be fitting of a sports car for a little more POWAH. Give it lighter wheels(not oversized and overweight like the NB mazdaspeed cars got). Stiffen the suspension. Recaro seats. Make 2 or 3 color options not available to normal NDs.

Problem with the added size plus turbo is throwing off the weight balance. I don't think it needs that much more power, just some.

But seriously, a 300HP ND has a better power to weight than a Mustang GT. That's a bit excessive for the tire sizes.
