Supercharged T-bird with manuél. Supposedly it leaks clutch fluid, the radiator leaks, it needs a new fuel line and it has no radio. Is it worth considering at only $800?

N/A T-birds are rare as it is, these even more so. I think it's at least worth trying to talk him down to $600.
This is the generation with IRS, so they handle well for how large they are.

How expensive are the things it needs?

It's hard to say because I don't have experience with the SC engines, but parts alone probably won't set you back more than $200. I would do some checking online, though. I have no clue about the clutch, as the SC ones were the only one with a manual.
It is worth noting that even though it's not quite as common as the V8, the V6 in these cars was shared with a fair amount of other cars, just mostly NA.

Fuel lines for these are easy enough to snag up on Ebay or to make your own if you're handy. Stock radios are cheap enough as well. Hell, even if the stock supercharger went belly up on you they show up on ebay all the time for about $200 used. The clutch fluid leak is most likely a line as well. I wouldn't pull the pin unless you knew 100% for sure that it's something simple like that. A cracked case is a pain in the rear and someone else's problem as far as I'm concerned when car shopping.

My friend has one of these and his Facebook is nothing but frustrated posts about how difficult the car is to work on and how the suspension is always messed up because of how over-engineered it is. He's trying desperately to sell his, actually, and it was pretty much mint when he bought it.
