And one of my neighbors POS Avalon keeps setting off its alarm! It's fucking happening a minute after it stops, on its 4th fucking cycle right now.

Lemme guess..... Ice everywhere and windy. I had an old car that would do that. I got into the habit of disconnecting the battery when it was cold and windy..... The alarm going off left me stranded because it killed the battery about 20 years ago.... Lesson learned. Not fun walking home in a snowstorm at 2 in the morning after busing tables on a Friday Night.
