Is having a perfectly driveable sports sedan parked in front of your house and still having to drive the underpowered not-so-mini van.
On the bright side, the dash is clear of any lights other than the airbag one. My dads gonna try to fix that today so then maybe we could get it inspected and plated tomorrow.

I dunno. Filling my car with gas in a windy -15F at 5am also seemed like torture.

You probably need a new seat belt receptacle. They're not cheap, and used ones don't fix it usually since it's the explosive charge in the seatbelt receptacle that usually goes bad. I'd just leave it. I left mine for 3 years and it finally just turned itself off.
That shouldn't affect passing inspection, but YMMV.
