7 times out of 10, a reckless driver has an Altima. Specifically white or beige. And they always seem to come in pairs, although only one is reckless.

I heard a 5.0 Mustang the other day, must’ve had a full exhaust setup, headers and all. It just didn’t sound right . I could hear a bit of proper V8 noise, but that was mostly blocked out by strange high-pitched cacophony. The 4.6 and the old Windsor are generally better sounding IMO, but the 5.0 leaves them in the dust.

Interestingly, Altima owners are some of the least satisfied owners. According to consumer report, it ranked last in the “would buy again” category.

Nissan seems to have really lost their touch in recent year. Though I do like the way the new Maxima looks.

Like blower whine or like the dude’s water pump was about to go whine on the 5.0? Agree with the Altima comment - we’ve got an 2004 which has been fine, but the subsequent models, (especially the most recent,) have had dropping reliability and satisfaction ratings, (and they don’t look as good either.) And the Nissan CVTs are highly annoying.

Nope, just exhaust. Most sound decent but this was was way high pitched. It probably wouldve sounded better if it didn’t echo off the roadside trees.

As an unsatisfied owner of a gold 2014 Altima we all drive then wrecklessly in hopes they will cease to function so we can purchase something more satisfying to drive.
