Here is what I do.

- If its an e-mail, I just delete it.

- If it is a text, I delete it.

- If it is call. I tell them. “Thank you for taking a look at the ad, but I’m not interested at selling it at the price. Have a great day.” Then end the call.

- If is in person, I tell them. “Thank for you coming by to take a look at my car (or what ever I’m selling), I’m have other people coming to take a look at it over the next few days. If I consider your offer I will contact you. Have a great day.” Works like a charm.
