I was waiting for a Slim model of the Xbox One, but I really wanted the Forza Motorsport 6 bundle and got that instead. My plan is to avoid internet traffic today and set everything up tomorrow; my Gamertag is TurboRev, the same as my PSN ID on PS3.

Looks like the bundle is out of production - it’s not even listed on Microsoft’s website anymore. I plan to use the Xbone with my computer monitor in my room, so I’ll need the controller adapter and a splitter cable for my headset, but I’ll just set it up with the TV in our living room for the time being. FM6 and FH2 will go on an external SSD that we had lying around. I noticed that the FM6 controller’s textured grips feel nicer compared to the regular Xbone controller that I use for PC gaming.

I also got a new Casio watch with atomic time-keeping.
