Seriously, I put them up and then they sold while I was changing the cabin filters in my Honda wow. They are used, no idea how old, they came with the car. DCOE 45s, intake manifold, Weber top spring kit, heat shield, threw in the K&N filters, the old linkage etc. I put $600 buy it now, they pay shipping and a reserve of $300. They didn’t bid, they just bought. It’s going to West Virginia.
My new stuff was all finished this weekend:
DCOE 40’s and ITG filtration, shorter manifold.

It stopped raining heavily so I could take it out, it’s so nice now, very smooth.

Oh sorry, my friend has a shop that specializes in Datsuns but I think they usually go with new carbs for car builds. I haven’t seen any around, mine came with the car I found in a shed. The 45’s were just too big, they bog down a lot, so far the 40’s are amazing,

so in Japanese, we sang Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
here’s a general gist of the translation:
Rudolph had a shiny nose
no one liked him
he cried every night
then one Christmas it was dark
Santa decided Rudolph’s nose was convenient
(literally it says convenient)
Rudolph was useful.
