I’ve had most of these, and they’re all quite good. Of course, these are normally served with lots of other things as well.

All except the sheep’s head looks really good. Isn’t the Raspeball pretty much a pierogi that isn’t fried though?

Pierogi are not fried.

Source: Long family tradition of making them for the holidays. I have done the filling and crimping since I was a small child.

The sheeps head is actually quite similar to the other type of cured lamb in taste. It’s just weird eating something that is looking at you. The raspeball is made out of potato and flour, and then cooked. Sort of a potato dumpling without any filling.
