I still can’t get over at how much of a blithering idiot Steve Harvey is. I still can’t get over at how much Sith anger Ariadna Gutierrez exuded for 20 seconds. I still can’t get over at Pia Alonzo’s inability to even...

Here, just to make this remotely car-related (expand it, bitches):

I think the Ms Universe contest is rigged anyway. No one from any other planet has won before or even made it to the contest for that matter.

I mean Ms Saturn could probably run rings around these contestants. Though Ms Uranus can often be heard talking out of her arse about how she’d win. I think I recall Ms Mars was bar red from the contest while Ms Venus would love to attend (but she loves everything so I would take that with a pinch of salt). Ms Neptune allegedly can’t fathom why she’s have to enter a contest as she thinks she’s twenty thousand leagues better looking.

No, because technically each candidate still represents a piece of the Universe.

It is possible, however (and this is how I see it), that each candidate represent their own universe—a universe where there are nothing but Canadians, a universe with nothing but Colombians, a universe with nothing but Filipinos, and so on—and the pageant is wrongly-named and must be called Miss Multiverse .

I think he did it on purpose (or the team behind it thought of it), everyone talks about it now. What else do you want?

Ever seen the look on Ariadna’s face? I don’t think it’s scripted. She was basically crushed.

Nah, not unless Steve Harvey is one of the best actors in history. You could see his hand spasming in involuntary tremors while he was trying to explain what happened. If he could pull that kind of convincing full body emotion out on a whim he’d be winning Oscars not hosting Family Feud.

Now, I’m sure the executive team isn’t too devastated that Miss Universe is on the front page vice a side note in the entertainment section, and I wouldn't put it beyond the organization to concoct some more 'shocking' events in the future to try to emulate this, but I doubt it was on purpose this round.

Harvey can be really funny on Family Fued, so in his defense, I would like to see the card he read before forming an opinion. What if he really read straight off a card that some backstage intern goofed on?

Would that change your mind?

In his defense, if you’re holding the card with your right hand it’s possible to cover up the winner. It’s located in the bottom right corner.

Or that he was really distracted... I hear that he spent some time at the tables before he went on the show.

cheers!

I blame the one who designed this card. Numbers in descending order, and the winner at the far right corner with no number. If you’ve ever done public speaking before, the potential that this card has to really eff things up is huge..
