Some decent Crown Vic hoonage going on in this music video right here. Not sure how or where they got the car from with lights and whatnot on it, and I’m pretty sure you can’t buy them as a civilian this way... Could a police precinct have actually been cool enough to let them use a car that’s about to go into retirement or something? Surly not.. Either way it’s cool. Movie car probably. Companies that rent cars to filmmakers, some of which may be police cars that are fully equipped.

I’ve seen crown vics for sale with full outfit before, but it’s not common and probably would get hung up at some point. It’s also possible to buy the light bars and such aftermarket to fit up a car for a music video/movie/whatever.
