My sister would love to have someone draw/make a custom comic book for my youngest niece. She is 4, and lives in her own world filled with adventure and “kicking bad guys in the FACE!”
I don’t really have anything more than that.
(mods, if possible, can someone cross-post this?)

Im an expert of advanced colouring-in (aka a graphic designer lol) - done work for TST, Bliphift, etc. You’ve got me curious...

That’s pretty much all I have. My niece lives in her own little world, and my sister would love to have someone draw/illustrate an adventure for her.
I do not have specific plot details, though from reading through my sis’s FB postings, there is definitely quite a lot of kicking bad guys in the FACE!
If you’re seriously interested, let me know what you would charge (we don’t have a huge budget, and my sister has never mentioned one, but I recognize an artist’s time is not charity).
I am also not making this request as a Christmas present, so don’t feel like you’d have to get this done ASAP.
I can provide better contact info should this move beyond curiosity.

Okay, here is some more detail:
Okay, does anyone know where I can get help designing [redacted] her own comic book? She desperately wants to be the hero in her own story: ninja kicking bad guys in the face while being a Queen-Elsa-inspired princess, with her side-kick imaginary best friend “Peso” by her side and a full compendium of magical creatures helping her on her adventures.

Yes. But it takes money and time.

Yeah. I know. How much of both?
Also, I need to edit my post, but I’m not asking because this is a Christmas present this year.

Somebody who’d do a comic page (and is good at it) for less than $50 is hard to find. And when you figure that drawing a comic page takes about 3-5 hours, you can understand why.
You might try asking at conceptart.org, I think they have a forum where people can look for artists for stuff like this.
