I decided to peruse the Bay for some bikes, and came across this supposedly rare K100RS. Not interested in buying (even if I was, the budget’s not there) but I wanted to see if any Opponauts knew anything about these. My gut tells me this is a little fishy, though.

Yep, I came across an article that featured one on eBay:

I figured if it was as rare as the seller stated, they’d have been worth a little more though. Maybe not fishy then.

I had an ‘85 K100 but didn’t want to sink the time and money into it at the time, I ended up selling the K100 for what I paid for it. They’re very cool bikes, and the aluminum tank was awesome, considering the older bikes with steel tanks have a tendency to rust.
I might have to reconsider the K-series when I have the money and time again.
