Hello Oppo.
In the past 2.5 weeks, I have driven from Colorado to Virginia and back. I have flown to Emmett, ID and Ennis, TX for property inspections. In the next two weeks, I have inspections in St. Louis, MO, Aurora, CO, Ruston, LA, and Eagle, ID. Plus I have to write all of the associated reports and a few for properties that my coworkers have inspected - and we’re closed 4 business days for the upcoming holidays. The end of the year is a pain.
I miss you guys. Hope everyone is dealing well with finals and year-end chaos. Happy holidays to you all!

Once in a blue moon, I think to myself “Ya know, I really would like to travel more for work.”
Then I read something like this.
Good luck, stay safe/sane!

Commercial appraiser?
What do you figure your center of gravity is? I once had one about 18,000 feet above Denver for 9 months. Unpleasant but enlightening.

Close, due diligence for commercial properties. And it’s hard to say, I’ve gone from having a designated region to being sent wherever I can go cheaper. Since I live by a hub and the rest of the company doesn’t it’s gotten really random lately.

It’s usually pretty fun but December is always a mess.

Hmmm. With the economy upticking in certain areas, maybe it’s time for “combat pay”? Percentage of sale would work nicely, too. ;)
