Type 95 and 97 Japanese Army WWII motorcycles

I stumbled upon these when doing Google searches from !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . I can’t make anything out but apparently the Type 95 is the bike in the background of the pic in that Oppo article, which is kind of confusing since the car is also a “Type 95.” They appear to be clones (possibly even licensed copies from before the war) of H-D bikes. Chock full of Russian words I can’t read.

EDIT: From what I can gather Type 95 refers to the actual motorcycle, Type 97 either refers (most likely) specifically to the sidecar or to the motorcycle with sidecar.

Apparently it was a license built HD copy, at least until the war started.
