I think I can pretty much blame Tavarish for most of my problems nowadays. Considering most of my problems are “ugh why is _____ getting so expensive!!!”

Never mind the fact that I can’t afford any of the cars I look at really anyways, but that’s not important lol.

While the Turbo/S/S2 are far more valuable than the NAs, I’ve considered holding on to my early car purely because the early 944s are getting really hard to find. Most people thought the later cars would hold their value better because of the more modern interior, modern electrical system, and it’s cast aluminum suspension components. But the earlier cars have since proved to be more rugged (all pressed steel suspension components) and easier to prep for racing. Thus the number of “stock” early cars is shrinking at an alarming rate. But finding early parts is a huge pain.

It’s going good! I’ve been really pre-occupied with work, and I foolishly bought a supercharged Nissan Xterra as a daily, so I spend most of my time catering to that things mechanical needs. But I’m still slowly working on the old 944, it’s not leaving me anytime soon.

How about you? Hope the Porsche world is treating you well!
