Not really. I paid $6300 for mine ($6900 tax/title) and it’s been a rough journey .
If the motor is good (or you immediately do a head swap on it), then I would say 100% nice price for anyone looking for a V8 muscle wagon.

You probably could get it federalized really easily. The only parts not on a US model car are the front fenders. Everything else is a straight swap across the entire LX platform.
I’ve always been tempted to do a 300C Kombi conversion, but I like my Magnum how it is.
