In production numbers the car that was manufactured in highest number in Finland is Saab. And up to 2003 all 900/9-3 convertibles were made in Finland.
Korvensuu (1913) was the first car made in Finland. It was made by 4 factory workers who were assisted by one guy who did the upholstery and one who did the casting for the engine block.
The magneto, spark plugs, rear axle bearings, grease pump, tires and gearbox were bought but all other parts were made in the factory. The gearbox was later replaced with a Finnish made. The factory’s main products were dairy processing equipment and only car was made.
The grille and the tire size have been changed so it looks a bit silly now.

Was the Calibra manufactured there? Why?
Were other GM products manufactured there? Are SAAB under that banner?
