This is what happens when you try to pass on a blind curve because the car in front of you is going too slow through the twisty section you wanted to rip...

The good part of this is that he learned the harsh lesson without messing up anyone else. But damn, this was pretty egregious.

Wow at the very least wait for a straight if you're going to act like that! I wouldn't have even pulled over.

Wow...once he goes over that cresting left and the rear ties unweight, it is all over. What a tool.

You can see that two wheels dropped off into the leaves as well which wouldn’t have helped, but because there was oncoming traffic the driver likely panicked and just yanked the car to the right to avoid hitting anyone. I’ll give him kudos for not making a bad situation worse.

I have a feeling he didn’t accomplish his goal of getting home faster. I think it’s a Fusion, so he probably wasn’t ripping the twisties.

Oh, I know it’s possible, me and a friend once tore up some back roads in his mom’s Camry (she never found out).
Did you know that the Camry suspension was not made to handle giant jumps? Because we might have learned that going over a crest in the middle of nowhere at ALLEGEDLY something like ALLEGEDLY 110mph.

Last fall when I was out in BC I had a gutless, automatic mazda 5 for a rental car... I still had a shit-eating grin after any section of twisties. I took it “off-roading” as well (logging roads to get to hiking trails). Honestly, if they sold it with the mazda mzr turbo engine as an option... I’d consider one for a family car.

Mazda is really good at making all their cars with very fun driving mechanics. Even if it's a minivan.

Here’s hoping that the new CX-9’s 2.5 Skyactiv turbo will go in ALL THE THINGS!!
