“month” doesn’t reflect that all the incidents depicted are actually within only two weeks of that month. Meaning there’s more. A lot more.

1) Why are there no lane markings at all? 2) Whose idea was it to put those stupid angle parking spots? I mean I know this isn’t “the big city” but make that sidewalk straight and make people parallel park, having people back out into traffic is recipe for disaster.

I don’t know the reason why there aren’t lines, maybe they got erased? But that kind of parking is more space efficient, most people won’t have any issues as they just have to wait till no one is coming. But I guess people are too impatient in that town.

Some people have trouble with the basics of driving school: Turn right from the right-most lane. Turn left from the left-most lane. Turn into the first driving lane going your direction. (Exception: Multiple turn lanes.)
