So we bought a brand new used 3rd car........yeah, sure it’s not a fancy sports car but for 4500 bucks cash money, we now own a 2004 one owner Sentra with 70,000 miles.

Compared to the 2000 Saturn SL2 it’s replacing....this thing is a Rolls-Royce.

I don’t think you got a very good deal there...but hey if you’re happy, all is well.

Nice car, I was considering one of those when I was looking for a replacement for my Protege a few years back. Too bad I couldn’t fit in the front seat, as it was the SE model with the bigger 2.5 engine & four wheel disc brakes. And don’t listen to the critic. People here think every car should be $500 or you paid too much for it.

Interesting how my Volvo V50 which is one year newer, has around 42 more horsepower but has also 80K more miles cost exactly the same...shows the many ways you can spend 4.5K on the used car market ;)

Also weird how my platform sharing C30 with only 42k miles costs nearly 3x that

Well, I’m pretty happy with it....the body has a few dings here and there, but it’s a one owner car with a full service history. I’m not driving it, our 22 year old son will be driving it and all he needs is realible point A to point B transportation which I think this car will provide in spades.
