You should see the turnout of Iowa peeps at your local sports bar for the last couple of games. Here in Portland, we even go them to wait for thier precious Ducks game.

I work at a local restaurant, and durning the game we will have no customers, and afterwords the bar will be flooded. It makes for good tips.

I’ve got some bad news:
Iowa and MSU have played 4 times when both teams are ranked. Iowa is 4-0.
MSU hasn’t won back to back games against Iowa since 1977-78.

Current Strength of Schedule rankings:
MSU- 28
Iowa- 60
MSU has beaten with their current rankings: Ohio State (6), Michigan (19), Oregon (15)
Iowa has beaten with their current rankings: Northwestern (13) and Wisconsin (25)
So, MSU has played tougher teams, we’re ready. And after blowing out Penn State we’re going into it on a high. We’re on the upswing at the end of the season, just when we need to be.
Also, Dantonio has lead us to 5 11 win seasons in 6 years, which has never been done in BigTen history (by any team or coach).
Be afraid, be very afraid.

GREAT game.
That final MSU drive was epic. Around 9.5 minutes. Insane.
I’m SO GLAD you guys didn’t get jumped by OSU and you get to go to the Rose Bowl.

Me too. Man I we have a chance for some SERIOUS wins this bowl season. I mean, even 5-7 nebraska drew UCLA for their crap bowl, that’s another power conference win if nebraska can pull it off (i think they will)
