.I love the little 126, but I am more a fan of keeping rides original or tasteful “updating” modifications for safety (disk brake conversions, etc.)
That being said....this just looks amazing!

A 126p and an n126, together, like they were meant to be. That said, seeing that caravan in a color other than white is just weird. :P

Haha, yup! That being said, even if it was designed to be towed by the 126 originally, the N126 still looks huge in comparison, haha! :P
I agree with you on the color...caravans over here in Canada tend to be either silver, white, beige or dark gray (mostly white, beige and silver lately), so a caravan in a matching color to that car looks very unique and pretty awesome, indeed!
I had seen this video on Youtube awhile back of a guy restoring an old N126, sortof cool! :)
Mind you, I’m not the “camping” type at all, really, but I appreciate the worksmanship and the way the N126 was designed to work will with such a little car and still be livable and comfortable!

I’m more used to seeing those caravans rotting on parking lots in the 90’s than to seeing them restored, and especially painted to match the towcar. :P
Also, I’m always surprised by how roomy those things are on the inside, compared to the outside. It’s almost like a tardis.

Yup, pretty surprising! There are a few companies still making them new, if memory serves, and some even have little bathrooms as well - crazy that they managed to fit them in!
.........the old Top Gear crew would kill us right now. :P

Well, the company Niewiadów still exists, and from what it looks like they still make the N126 as their most compact model. As you said though, the trailer has been heavily modified since its early days.
Here’s the official catalogue.
