I buy a lot of stuff online - electronics, car parts, furniture, even socks - but the customer service provided by Crutchfield is ridiculously good. I bought my Alpine HU from them last spring and between the online chat support, wiring diagrams and (free) installation gear, it was the easiest installation I’ve ever done.
This morning I got on the chat support and had a guy within a minute answering my questions, making recommendations and helping me decide on a set of mid-grade components for my CRV. Merry Christmas to me.
I ended up with a pair of mid-grade JBL components that had a Cyber Monday BOGO deal, so they threw in a matched pair of 2-way speakers for the back too. Sweet. Not the best quality, but good enough for my loathsome CRV and many orders of magnitude better than the factory stuff. The speakers of course come with installation gear like harnesses and mounting bezels, and straps for the tweeters and crossovers. He also sent me some photos of the best places to install the crossovers in my year model CRV.
I also went ahead and added a powered sub for a future purchase, as well as a small inline amp if things still arent quite up to snuff once that’s installed.
Anyway, I know Amazon is often cheaper for the raw hardware, but once you throw in the installation gear like mounting bezels, harnesses and such, I think Crutchfield is usually the better deal.
My royalty free endorsement of Crutchfield.

Crutchfield is awesome - providing actual instructions when taking apart door panels, etc, and including harness adapters makes them worth it more than anything.
I may need to check out some speakers for the FiST

They are seriously the best! I have been ordering from them for years, and I’ve never had better customer service.

I love them, great company, great service, they actually know what they’re talking about if you call with questions.
