Got our tree today and forgot I didn’t take a pic of the 3 in Snow Mode yet.
Now we just need some snow.

never drive without the front of the tree secured. I have seen accidents when someone stopped and the tree went flying forward. At the minimum get some twine and tie the trunk to the B pillar.

Do you do anything to protect the hub? I just put snow tires and steelies on the Focus, but I don’t know what to do with the hub.

Nah. It’s a Mazda so it can only rust a tiny bit quicker.

I literally drove 2 miles with it tied up.

Sags a bit in the back, if that’s what you mean by ‘lowered’.

Usually we put the tree on the roof but my dad finally realized that we could just toss it in the back and avoid all the tie down business...minivans for life, yo!
