A shame the weather’s shit.

Yay, glad to see the little thing back on the road! :D
That being said, are you going to be storing it all winter when the snow hits? (Not sure how often/much snow your part of Poland receives in the wintertime)

I’m glad it’s working now as well, even managed to get in a little drive while it was still dry. :]
And yeah, the car’s gonna be spending the winter in its garage. Initially I planned to take the wheels off and leave it up on stands, but after thinking it over I decided not to do that. The last few winters have been really mild and there was little snow, so if (with a little bit of luck) this winter is the same and there’s a day when the roads are dry, I may be able to drive it a few times. :] I’ll just have to remember to have it inspected in January.

Do you do any winter store prep to it? (Gas stabilizer, etc.) Or just park it up, air up the tires and wait? :)

I’m not really planning to do anything special - just top up the tank and wash the car (as soon as the weather improves slightly, I’m not taking it out on wet, salted, snowy or icy roads). Oh, and since that garage gets pretty damn cold I took the battery home with me to keep warm (single life is great, I can bring stupid crap home and nobody cares :P).

Has mental image of single person sleeping with car battery.
Suspects that said person may remain single if word of that gets out...
