It belonged to a guest at our thanksgiving dinner. Strangely, the acceleration curve felt more like my mom’s camry and didn’t feel like an Evo 10. It felt...strange.

no duh, . turbo in this application is meant as a torque filler low down, not as something to make crazy power up top.

I'm not surprised by that. When a company like Lexus wants it to not feel like a turbo, they can do a pretty good job at it.

The layout of the interior felt like it. It’s akin to an claustrophobic light up airplane dashboard.

Did it feel sporty other than the Camry-like engine? Because I think they look hella good, but Lexus, ya know?

Not even down low. The acceleration is almost the same as how a i4 Camry does. Shifts faster. And way too quiet.

I felt the suspension was a bit more firm than the Matrix and didn’t feel wallowy. Maybe that’s the difference between a Lexus and Toyota; handling. So much LED, so much cushiness

Not every turbo is going to have huge lag/sudden power spikes.

Lexus tuned this to feel as linear as their other offerings, though when pushed you can still feel a bit of the power hit once it spools.

Overall, what did you think of the NX? Was it the F Sport trim? Does said owner like their purchase?

Did it have thermal vision and invisibility?

Said owner likes her purchase. And it was the F Sport Trim (the seats were pretty good, with more foamy plush with the perfect amount of support). I slammed on the accelerator pedal on an secluded closed road and I did not feel any sort of boost. It was way too linear to feel any kind of boost, even in Sport mode. Not short ratio, very quick shifts. If I could mess around with traction control, I feel I could feel boost.

I'd need it. The car is hideous.

Ha! I guess it's pretty bad. I don't hate Lexuses but I saw the opportunity for a Predator joke laid out on the keyboard in front of me, tempting me like a hot roast beef and cheddar sandwich
