The skin was s loss but the meat was the juiciest smokiest awesome fest ever. We Also lot my cousins lawnon fire trying to smoke it

Yeah, unfortunately the skin gets sacrificed when you smoke them.

We were smoking it. Add cops go play GTAV. Come back add some more, baste it, repeat, repeat. The next time we come back and the chips are gone and there’s a 20’ of grass on fire. We finished it off in the oven and it was amazing

A very strong smoke flavor but it ended up juicy and delicious (it stated in a smoker)
