Friday, on the way back from
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
, I encountered the most asshole-esque plate I’ve ever seen, on the C7’s best(now discontinued, of course) color, Lime Rock Metallic. It read “1.5 GPA”. On a Vette, this didn’t surprise me, the driver did however. Instead of the brosef frat boy I was expecting, it was an at least 80 year old man, smoking a cigar. Me and my coworker created a backstory though, we assumed the dude was a decorated WWII vet that kicked brosef’s ass and took the car.

Do bros even drive new corvettes? I thought they were all about the C5s and C6s right now, the new ones seem too expensive for the average bro.

Is a 1.5 supposed to be good?

I don’t know if anyone under the age of 40 even drives a C7.

You can put periods on your plate?

I got behind a silver one the other day. It was a retiree doing 45 in a 55 that people tend to do 65 on.

Apparently in SC you can. Now I kind of want “!.! .!.”

Not that I am aware of.

Ooh, maybe they allow commas too. “.,,.,..”

Okay, I just wanted to make sure we were talking about the same system.

I thought that was their parents giving kids their work trucks and then the kids actually only paid for the trim and mods.

That would be th exact person I would expect driving a corvette with that plate. Guy probably had it for 20 years. Have yet to see a c7 driver under 45.

*unexpected
Maybe he’s trying to give hope to all the kids who are doing shitty in high school or college.

If you had grabbed his cigar and started smoking it, then he would have been unsuspecting. Ha!

Square root club for the win!!!
2.00 is a C average - barely passing in college.
Anything under 2.0 puts younin the square root club, i.e., the square root of your GPA is higher thannyour GPA.
Don’t ask how I know.... that was 40 years ago.

I’m 47 now, and won’t be able to swing one until I’m over 50 so I guess I’ll just be reinforcing the stereotype (agewise anyway)

I am a DOD contractor and nobody here uses them as work trucks, all the ex-military brosefs that work here have them still.
I am a veteran myself to clairfy. People in my career field typicaly are not brodudes though lol.

That’s... not true. Anything under 1.0, that would be case. For instance, if you had a 1.1 GPA, the square root thereof is 1.04. I’m guessing you know because you’re bad at math?
