The BBSs were in bad condition and had no tires. These daisies, with a very sexy (and flawless) gunmetal paint job and two good Falkens, (other two are Dorals, but matching size and very similar tread wear) cost me $60 less than the BBSs would have.
Side note: I would not be at all surprised if the seller is here on Oppo. His basement was filled with Miata parts from floor to ceiling and he had a lot behind his house with a kajillion more Miatas out there.

Those look very good!
Also, you’re the first person I’ve come across who has Doral tires other than me (long story but made short, they came with the car).

No idea, but I’ll let you know when they’re mounted. They look somewhat sporty, so they probably won’t last as long as the Dorals, but they should be fun while they last!
