Who if had millions of dollars would take the crappy version of the car and make it like the concept and also make the drivetrain not suck.

Can I make my Chrome Concept Dreams come true?

It’s a shame that I have but one star to give. The fact that you used a Chrysler Concord(a car I quite like) as the example has gained you a fair bit of respect in my book.

I would straight up take the production model and just jam an unreasonable amount of power underneath it, then go do donuts outside a Cars & Coffee meet until supercar owners decided to do something about it.

Yeah, I think 95% of my garage would be wacky built stuff if I was in that kinda money. V12 80 series land cruiser? you bet! LS7 soltice? YUP! twin turbo H6 3.0 forester? you knows it.

I still want this. Minimal overhang FTW.

Sometimes, the concept is remarkably close to the production. Other times, it's amazing how far the production car falls. This is an example of the latter. That concept is gorgeous, though.

I wish the designs of concept cars lived on as optional (but probably expensive) body kits.
But maybe that’s asking a bit much of the manufacturer. However, if the automaker’s not willing to offer the kits, couldn’t they permit an aftermarket company to use the designs? Come to think of it, are the abandoned concepts even protected in any way from being copied in the aftermarket?
Of course, there has to be a market for these things before anyone’s going to start producing and selling kits. Your concept Concorde probably wouldn’t sell well, and would therefore be a one-off custom job. But there might be an opportunity to make some money off of customers who want to transform their C6 Corvette into the 2009 Stingray Concept...

I was a feather weight for what it was, it dropped like 200 pounds over a standard taurus.
