I went to the Chrysler museum and just could not stop staring at the Firepower concept. It still looks incredibly modern with an absolutely beautiful interior. And again, that is one beautiful rear end.

Shame this car will never come to market.

That and the ME Four-Twelve were crucial car concepts from when I was younger.

I might still have the copy of Motor Trend that this was in... Alongside the Jeep Gladiator. It really does look stunning.

Wow, that actually looks extremely current! When it comes to aging well, Chrysler doesn’t come to mind.

That wasn't more obvious than the Plymouth Prowler they had. But yeah, the Firepower could be released today and still feel fresh.

I was really hoping they'd have the me four-twelve, but they did not. Wonder where that thing is hiding.

I remember going to the Chrysler dealership and sitting in it.

In Test Drive Unlimited.

Firepower should be the Chrysler alternative to Challenger, and perhaps with some sort of allusion to the classic Valiant-based 67-69, or E-body 70-74 Barracudas, it could actually be a Chrysler ‘Cuda.

Twin Turbo V6, or SRT 392 and Hellcat-spec V8 renamed Chrysler FirePower Hemi V8.

The idea still makes sense, slower-posher viper. But alas the viper is dying :’(

The Chrysler fanboy in me is sad.

I think the Cien could still be pulled off too, with a few minor tweaks, mostly because the styling is such a radical departure from the norm that you can’t pin it to any one time period.

Believe it or not, one of the two produced ME Four-Twelve conceptsis owned by Ludacris.

And Cadillac still uses styling from this car. The Cien and Sixteen concepts were such crucial concepts for the company, just to show the styling of the future.
