I’ve been in software for a long time. I got one from Support this week that I’m still laughing about.
My IM exchange with the support guy went something like this:
Support Dude : Hey! I got a weird one. One of the MAJOR GROUP* stores is compalining that the URL in their automated service appt confirmation text sent the customer to a highly inappropriate image.
Me : Wha - ? The URL just sends them to a link to change their appt.
SD : Yeah, I know. This message got broken up into two which clipped the last two characters into a 2nd sms
Me : Do you have the messages sent?
SD

SD
: Your appt with ADVISOR NAME at MAJOR GROUP Mercedes-Benz of SOME PLACE is confirmed for Mon 11/09 at 11:00. For changes to your appt visit:
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

UB

Me : [after laughing hysterically] LOL! That was amazing! I don’t think I’ve every closed a window that fast
