The Car I owned and drove through high school and college was my 1987 Jeep Wrangle. 4cly with a 5 speed.
The day I bought it.
Around when I sold it. This car I regret the most for selling!
A little mud added in Hollister Hills Off Road Park.

I loved the square headlamps and the more squat stance. I also miss the Jeep wave. Can’t do that in the Goat.

My moms old hand me down 2003 Honda Odyssey. It saw many dirt roads.
Then me being a stupid 17 year old following too close, I still miss that van. shitty transmissons and all.

Nice. I learned how to drive a manual in a yellow 1987 Jeep Wrangler Islander... 2.5L 4cyl with the 5 speed manual.
It was in Florida and there were about 10 people in the Jeep with me as I was learning. Mind you I wasn’t a complete noob... I understood the basics, just had to get a feel for the shifter and clutch.
In high school and college, since I lived and went to school in the city, I didn’t need a car. I would just borrow my parents car... which was an ‘80s Mercury Grand Marquis... which was replaced with an early 1990s Ford Escort.
My first car was a 1990 Ford Festiva that looked something like this:
Not long after buying it, I had a 900W stereo installed.

And was great on the trails. Plus the back seat came out for extra room ;)
