I am looking to make my own miata hardtop haven’t decide if aluminum or fiberglass. I plan on using a busted up stock one would make things very helpful especially if its broken into enough pieces to fit in a cheap UPS box.
Or maybe just fastback.

If it is broken into pieces, how would you reassemble it? Usually the hard tops are singular pieces. The no-headliner, no-defrost, crappy paint ones can run pretty cheap if you want to start there. You add all of the nice things to it though and you can sell it for a fair amount. I have considered buying a really crap one and refurbing it for profit. Maybe make a cottage industry out of that lol.

Gorgeous kit on that Miata. Can’t help with a hardtop though :(

Thats the only cool Miata I have ever seen. I would definately get that kit, if I ever went to the dark side.

I just need one I can epoxy back together and use to make a new one so I dont have to do all the making a buck which is a project in itself. Also I hate wood.
