Our ‘64 Impala and ‘72 Cadillac have folding tables on the trunk and hood. WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW? (But seriously, it’s heartbreaking)

Typical Chevy Fanboy: “Well it IS a mustang..”
Note I condone using a classic as storage though I am guilty of this my self (hey its gonna get repainted anyways...)

Hopefully it’s being restored and they’re just working on the engine for now. Hopefully.

At least get a cover on it so the rest of us don’t have to suffer.

Hahaha that’s funny that you should mention it because that’s exactly what happened with my Mustang. It had a box of old cologne and aftershave in it (that was probably leaking) so the trunk definitely has an... interesting smell.

This behavior is unacceptable

you’re right- that’s what non-op classic pickups are for

What project car isn’t covered in stuff?

I do everything possible to not put things ON the Montego even when it’s not roadworthy. Sure it’s packed in, but I’m short on space and happily move the stuff out of the way to get to it.

There’s a guy in my hometown that uses a Ferrari like this. Last time I drove by his open garage it had a mattress on top of it.

The only things I store on my classic are car parts that belong to it. The paint’s shit anyway, and if the part’s off of it or needing to go on, there’s a good chance it’s immobile at the time anyway.

My ‘67 spent many years as a shelf before being repainted into a car recently.

I hear the repainted thing a lot. I’ve never seen a car that’s “getting repainted anyway” ever get repainted.

Ferraris don’t do much for me but I definitely wouldn’t store a mattress on one.

Hopefully. Judging by the amount of dirt on it and how things were stacked around it, I have many doubts.

Well I can guarantee mine is actually going to get repainted, its rattle canned matte black by the previous owner and I’m cutting out sections to replace for rust.
