Not counting little fender-benders today. I was at our city’s !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! participating in an 8-hour (standing) choral rehearsal of Handel’s Messiah with the Omaha Symphony. After just over 7 hours had passed, I slipped out to use the bathroom. The front of the building is all glass and overlooks a one-way street and the famous !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . I popped out of the concert hall and looked down just in time to see a lady in an old Sonata make a last minute swerving left from the middle lane, and get t-boned by a green Land Rover Discovery I. The Discovery somehow wound up veering right over 90° and hitting the parked Civic before coming to a stop only a couple feet short of the drop down onto the mall. Fortunately, everyone seemed to be okay. At least one of the people in the Disco was a U.S. Marine in dress blues. This accident could’ve been a lot worse, especially if the Land Rover had gone over the edge and fallen down onto the mall.

Not nearly as bad as one I witnessed a few weeks ago...not sure if I was seeing things or not, but there was a blue Audi B5 A4 convertible that came barrelling off the highway, accelerated down the offramp, and hit the stoplamp post at the bottom...it must have been at least a 30-40 mph collision but by the time it happened we were driving away from the intersection so no one else in the car noticed...quite odd circumstances, I wonder what the cause/outcome of that incident was in the end...

There is no such thing as a B5 A4 convertible :p
Try B6 or B7.
