$1= €1.07
This has nothing everything to do with Jason’s video earlier today. Any one have any Intel on cost, or know an importer?

Isn’t it illegal to own an Ape?

E-mail these guys
The owner’s name is Alex. They had one for sale, and he also knows where you can get things like this that are already stateside.

There are plenty still around over 25 years old. They’re not cheap for what they are, though. And be warned, they really are tinier than you realise.
Maybe this makes it clearer just how small they are:
Those handlebars are considerably narrower than most motorbikes. That is not a two-person seat.

Nice! I had a friend in high school who’s dad had a really nice red 500. It was unbelievably tiny! It was small enough that he’d park it sideways in the back of his normal two car garage, and still have plenty of room for two other cars.
I really want a Suzuki Carry for a foreign trucklet. Not as much character as an Ape perhaps, but these little guys make me smile every time I see one.

When I was in Japan the other year I saw SOOOO many mini-trucks. So many makes, colours, flatbeds/enclosed/refrigerated/one-offs/purpose-built. Even one painted army green with a little curved tarp cover (I was too slow whipping out the camera to catch a shot). I also saw, half buried in the ground/trees, a VERY old mini-mini-truck. Thing looked like it was from the 50’s at the earliest. I would have fit in the back of today’s MT’s. I could have probably stuffed it into a hatch-back. Also, many very cool kei vans. My want for one is.... extreme.
