I bought it a few months back. Every time I play it, I just don’t know what I’m supposed to do.
Wasted money.

Different game.

It’s like Minecraft for space nerds. I find that if you don’t “get” basic programming, the game becomes a bit stale. They have scripting built right in so you can make your creations do crazy stuff.
Also best if played with friends.

You build shit. In space. With space stuff. Not much more to it.

Programming? That’s stupid.

I’ve read up a lot on the game, but I still don’t get it.

As in how to play (it’s space Minecraft)? Or what to do (its space Minecraft)?

Both.

You’re making me wonder how much it has changed since I last played it. When I did play it last there wasn’t much too it. You shot asteroids with laser, harvested the materials, built space stuff be it bases or ships and that was about it.

It took me a minute to realize that you were referring to a game, and not rocket science...

Its a demolition derby in space. That’s it.

I played it pretty extensively last year, and found its really only fun with other people you know, and with voice chat. Even then, you reach a point at which your goals are complete and the game is done. Fun for a while, can be a waste.
