Crustys nose is drooping just enough to bug me. Since a full front end rebuild isn’t in the cards until next year I had to find a Band Aid.
These should bring the nose up 1” to 1.5” without spring spacers or fudging the alignment (much).
Ideally I’d like to find a wrecked/rotted F250 and swap the Leaf sprung live axle in place of the TTB but that’s just a pipe dream.

All F-250’s of that generation had independent front. To get a solid axle, you have to go to a 350.

You’re right. Brain fart!
If it weren’t for the TTB it’d be perfect. Even true IFS would be better.

My friend had ‘95 F-150, and even after being “fixed” it never sat right. If I were going through the trouble to swap axles, I’d swap in a 2005 or up F-250 for the coil set up.

TTB can be made right. You just need to replace every component with aftermarket.
Id love to go Coil sprung. But I’m too cheap for that. At it’s core it’s still an $800 truck. I’m still reeling from a $350 registration fee and $300 for wheels and tires!

Why do you think Crusty needs am entire front end rebuild?

It’s getting a little sloppy. Plus the Spring buckets are starting to show signs of rust through. It’s common stuff for an older TTB Ford.
