And people commuting home from work are total morons in the dark. The Bay Area has had tons of accidents this week, I got home an hour later every day thanks to these asshats. Learn to drive in traffic in the dark!

I’m really surprised the states doesn’t have more regulation in the way of daytime running lights - or at least the more northerly states.
On the shortest day of the year, it’s dark by like 4:30 pm here.

I once had an argument with a guy that said he hated daylight savings time. After about ten minutes he explained how much hated how early it got dark in the winter time. Then I realized he didn’t want less daylight savings time but in fact more dsl.
Please remember folks, daylight savings time does not cause artificially early sunsets in the winter, only artificially late sunsets in the summer.
