on Nov. 17th. If this is what I think it is, it Fiat made the body and Mazda made the engine. It’s like both of my cars got together and had a beautiful, beautiful baby.

I have no problem at all with Italian design supported with Japanese engineering.

I have no problem with the combination of Italian design with Italian engineering. As long as the Japanese take care of the quality control, other than rust prevention, we’ll be fine.

As long as it isn’t japanese rust prevention...

I’ve honestly never had that problem with any of the Japanese cars I’ve owned, with the exception of my old Brat, but it was already like that when I got it.

Nope. Fiat is making the MultiAir engines. Mazda is making the bodies in Japan.

That’s actually not too bad of a thing. I’ve been pleased with the one in mine.

Yup. That's exactly as it should be, IMO.

That doesn’t quite match the 124 that was spotted a while back, but it still looks good IMO.

I’m really excited for this. After seeing the spy shots I’ve been stoked.

It will be my mid life crisis car.

I’ve been really looking forward to this, but the FP’s reaction to the spy shots was pretty discouraging. Honestly, it didn’t thrill me as much as I was hoping - FCA could have done something more dramatic if they wanted to - but, they were so grainy that I’m going to reserve judgement until the official reveal. It does seem like an attractive car so far, can’t really decide if its more attractive than the new Miata though.
