The M4 is a great car, but damn if it doesn’t sound a little sheepish vs an E92 with a nice exhaust:

The sound is surely what I miss the most about the E90.

Tough to compare a stock exhaust to a custom one but the E92 has more growl.

However a stock W204 C63 still sounds more beastly and with a custom exhaust it’s downright sinister.

The M4 has the AC Schnizter exhaust, still pretty quiet :(

True, the C63 is a fantastic symphony of over the top V8 sound.

Yes, an E9x with test pipes and OEM exhaust mod is going to be a permanent fixture in the garage. So intoxicating.

Whaaaat seriously? I was watching the video on the train so I was skipping around before the train went underground. That’s actually pretty choppy for a custom exhaust that I’m sure cost a couple grand.

I think BMW focuses too much attention at piping sound into the cabin via the speakers than they do pumping the sound out the exhaust. Maybe they should put the speakers on the outside!

Here’s a better sounding 6 cylinder car for your hearing pleasure:

I have stock front section on mine with the Dinan rear. The sound is remarkable, and the system is tens of pounds lighter than the oem boat anchor of a muffler. Still, I wish I had more volume. I’d have swapped to catless by now, but the damn race car has taken all my damn car money...

Supercharged vs turbocharged.

How's fitment and sound on the Megan? I had looked at one a while back but the wife didn't want the E90 any louder since she was the primary driver.

Sound is great and fitment was very good on mine (not perfect). It is loud, but not crazy. I am planning to adjust my tune to get rid of the cold start.

Race car always wins. I mean, who drives slicks on the street?

Nice! BPM does support for add-ons after the fact? Or can a simple coding delete it?

I don’t think Mike will charge me to switch it up. We’ll see.
