im usually good at figuring out hibcaps but this oddball has got me stumped..... i think its either a foreign car or from a old trailer?

That’s a tough one! Come to find out “MM” is a red herring...

My searching was turning up nothing until I found this . The old Evinrude logo can be found on old snowmobiles and watercraft.

So it’s got to be from a trailer. I’m leaning toward snowmobile trailer, as hubcaps aren’t common among boat trailers.

LOL i just figured that out myself. i knew that logo looked familiar to me and it looked like a trailer hubcap so i typed it up and found it lol

That logo dates back to the ‘60s, but it appears to have been in use right up into the ‘90s. Pretty wide range, there.

EDIT: I take that back. The logo became italicized in the early ‘70s, so I’d say you have an older one. (see examples in my previous reply)
