I see a bright future for the Lexus LS.
Lexus scored big with this design. Just look at the interior!! Shame on all of you Lexus doubters! I’m betting a majority of the general design is the next Lexus LS (apart from the obvious holographic interactive bits and such).
This is progressive luxury at its best (sorry W222).

I love it. This is exciting me more than the RX-Vision did.
This is probably the most progressive car ever conceived. Knowing Lexus, they will throw money at this until it becomes a reality.
In 10-15 years, hydrogen will be a serious player.
Oh man, what if Honda and Toyota parter up in hydrogen R&D??
Oh, man, I need a nap.

Same here. Apparently Lexus has been developing this new LS for 7 painstaking years. A ton of good tech will come out of this.

Lexus is making some seriously good moves right now.

Does that thing have hover seats, or am I just not looking at it right?
If so, then it’s the best concept ever period.

Somewhere, a Lexus PR guy is reading this thread and creaming his pants.

I really disagree. This car is ugly. The grill is hideous. It always has been.
Lexus has been slowly introducing it to us over the last decade. The goal is to wean us onto it so that fools buy it to be “distinctive”, thereby shaping car design in the future in a small way. But it is an ugly car.

So, hypothetically, how are we going to get all this hydrogen when fuel cells become popular?

Oh, I don’t know... maybe because hydrogen is the most abundant element in the entire universe. But, according to Toyota, the hydrogen used in cars will come from recycled matter.

considering that no person has been much further than the moon, that hydrogen is fairly inaccessible no?

It’s the most abundant element in the universe. That doesn’t mean it’s the most abundant element here on earth but we can easily produce it.

Don’t tell him about the GX and LX spindle grilles. Don’t.
